Beer & Cider Festival Announced for Port Macquarie

A family friendly Beer & Cider Festival has been announced for Port Macquarie, taking place at Westport Park this September.
The first of its kind in Port Macquarie, this exciting family event is to be held on Saturday September 26, with a festive atmosphere designed to celebrate all things good in life; beer, cider, food, games and music. Ticketholders will be enchanted by the stripped back aesthetic and relaxed atmosphere that the interim outdoor beer garden presents, set against the serene backdrop of Hastings River.
The event caters to everyone’s taste, featuring some of the best of Australia’s beer and cider makers, gourmet food market stalls, games and live music.
The Festival this week announced a taste of the amazing lineup of breweries in this year’s event. This, the first of many leading up to the event, includes local nomad brewers Moorebeer Brewing, Byron Bay juggernauts Stone and Wood, Central Coast’s Six String Brewery, New England Brewer, and Sydney’s newest, Wayward Brewing Co.
Handpicked by local promoters MJR presents, the festival includes a live music lineup of Hat Fitz & Cara, The Swamp Stompers, Roy Rose and Josh Sims to complement the impressive selection of beer and cider.
