808s and Greatest Hits Signed to New Record Label Our Golden Friend

A new independent record label Our Golden Friend based in Melbourne have signed their first artist, 808s and Greatest Hits, a project of Melbourne based multi-instrumentalist Skube Burnell. Last year saw the release of Burnell's debut album Featuring A. Fantastic Reprise independently via bandcamp.
Burnell has returned with New Bounce a special two track / 7" vinyl release, featuring tracks "New Bounce" and "House of Love".The tracks were mixed by Stu MacKenzie (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard) and mastered by Mikey Young (Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Total Control).
2016 will see 808s and Greatest Hits release his follow up album as well as assembling a live band to perform his bedroom recordings live for the first time.
